Our products come from diverse global suppliers direct to your door. Due to the nature of shipping and supplier locations, shipping time is typically 7-14 business days. Generally, you can expect delivery within 7-20 business days from the date of purchase. Please note this is an approximate estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information
We provide tracking information for most orders, though some suppliers may not offer tracking for specific products or shipping methods. We aim to provide available tracking details so you can monitor your order's progress.
Multiple Items in One Order

Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation Rights Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 Customers have the legal right to cancel a contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving the products. This right enables customers to cancel the contract and request a refund within the specified period.
Cancellation Process
Customers can notify the seller of their decision to cancel the contract and request a refund within 2 hours of placing the order if they change their mind. After the 2 hours, the seller may wait until receiving the returned product or evidence of the return before processing the refund or exchange.
Entitlement to Exchange
Customers are entitled to request an exchange within the same 14-day period as the cancellation right. The exchange process is subject to the same provisions as refunds.
Faulty Products
If a product purchased online is found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, customers have the legal right to request a full refund. The seller may inspect the faulty product or return it to the manufacturer for examination. Refunds for faulty products will be provided within 14 days of confirming eligibility, but the seller may delay processing until the faulty product is received.
Exclusions from Cancellation Rights
Customers do not have the right to cancel products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes once the seal is broken.
Special Offers and Promotions
Products originally purchased as special offers or promotions may not always be exchangeable for the same price. Special offer products may have limited size or colour options. If by the time a customer wishes to exchange a product, the special offer or promotion has ended, different prices or availability may apply.
