Ingredients:

- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

- 1 cup almond flour

- 3 large egg whites, room temperature

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- Food coloring (optional)

- Filling of your choice (e.g., ganache, buttercream, jam)


Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. Blend powdered sugar and almond flour in a food processor.

3. Beat egg whites until stiff, adding granulated sugar gradually.

4. Gently fold almond mixture into egg whites.

5. Pipe small circles on a baking sheet, tap to remove air bubbles.

6. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

7. Cool and match pairs of similar sizes.

8. Fill and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
